Slacker TK went to peep at other pple's friendster today...while looking at jian ming's profile (my peeps used to call him jik kok)
i came upon a photo which i sooooo wanted to have for a very long time...
its during my secondary school days...
let me recall...
its during my secondary 3.
i was very very much different compared to now...
(in terms of hair length n the pattern of the hair)
i was having the botak hairstyle during secondary 3...
i was oso a very extremely "shy" looking, 100000000% hardcore nerd trying to act gangster wannabe (beocs tt time start to wear long pants already ma, can bully those short pants juniors...) haha
well... the pic was taken at a students exchange programme with some jap sch (as usual) with our sch... japan side... if i remember correctly, some mayor from their prefecture (or watever u all call tt) came over as well...
so our CCA, NPCC (Nerdy Pple Catch Cockcroah) (lol) is the GOH (Guard Of Honour) for the day la...
n becos its some minister (tt mayor la), so we get to wear the ceremonial uniform (or we call it the No.1 U)
so here it is...

well... i dun understand how my beret's in such an odd shape...
perhaps i jus bought it (ya... tt time kinda lost it) n seasoning wasn't done enough...
the pic did not include ah bui lao da becos he decides to quit (was waiting outside the room to return everything back to the CCA as we are taking this photo)
the guy standing on the extreme left is ah weng (he's holding onto the drill cane)
he's the tallest guy in the whole squad, with the height of 1.84m (n still growing at tt time)
jian ming is the guy squatting on the extreme right...
the officer who's holding onto the sword is our senior, he's... 3 years my senior...
so probably, he can be called as uncle now... hahaha
all the guys are currently in NS...
except NTK la of course... (becos he too nerdy, MINDEF dun wan him to go so early haha)
well... NTK will be the last guy to enter NS n will be the last one to ORD :(
our squad have only 4 girls tt time... so as long as the 4 of them are all there, female side will be considered full attendance haha...
well... more girls join our squad (5 if i remember correctly) but only in sec 4...
they are from.... CHIJ TPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (their school's closing down the unit) so... the remaining girls plus all the unit's barang barang became our school's property... hahaha...
out of the 5 girls... i remember tt one of them is super pretty... quite tall oso... i was barely taller than her... (without my hair standing)
n the rest.... so so only...
i could have their picture then...
but remember, TK's been very nerdy tt time, so didn't take pic with them (or rather with her)
tt pretty one's call Cheryl/Sheryl (can't remember the spelling)
(why all fathers like to call their daughter Cheryl/Sheryl???)
hmmm...
all the wonderful, n not so wonderful memories of NPCC starts to flash back this very moment...
(leong's probably making noise now : "so wat?!?! No. 1 U big deal... i got march for NDP leh!")
