Wednesday, September 19, 2007i always like to daydream...i dunno why... seriously... i think everyone are just like me... stoning at daytime can be quite cool huh... well... was supposed to be doing hw... (a day after the gruesome prelims... u gonna be kidding me) but here i was, sitting in front of the com... n watching cartoons (tt will be one piece) and spying on other pple's friendster... hahaha... well... i was looking at friendster... while i came across some of my old buddies from my secondary school... my my my... they are already different parts of society, doing their own things... the days tt we had spent together (as a class) just somehow seem to be yesterday... for those who didn't noe anything about my secondary school... well... i just going to tell a small part of my secondary school story... for those who knew my story... well... read it again... who knows, maybe i'm going to come out with a next "how well do u know about tk" quiz... lets see... where should i start... ok... after secondary 2's "streaming exams" been posted to 3N1... which is supposed to be the better of the 2 normal academic classes in beatty secondary school... we took 7 subjects... the usual big 5 (English, Mother Tongue, E-Maths, Sub-Science, combined humanities) DnT/Art and of course... POA (Principles of Accountings) the other class (3N2) took the first 6 subjects... (which means they didn't take accounts) n the next difference will be the combined humanities part... my class takes elective Geography, while the other class took history... i really really really love history... especially the part whereby how empires and dynasties were built in the past... highest achievement i have ever got was to score full marks in my sec 2's history test... haha... (none of my friends ever believe tt i can score for such a dust collecting subject) well... becos i wanted to be in a better class, i have to cruelly forsake my love (of history) and pursue a subject tt i dun really enjoy (geography) which requires u to traces rivers, tributaries on the map using strings... identify mountain terrains by drawing cross sections... bla bla bla... (zZz...) as for accounts... well... i liked accounts at sec 3... the teacher was the best teacher ever... taught really well... gotten an A for accounts before :) my sec 3 life was... fun... becos guys wore long pants already... so we will go around disturb those sec 1s and 2s... cutting queue during recesses... skipping lessons... or in short... creating trouble for the teachers la... as for me... the not so naughty one... will not go to the extent of doing all the bad things... but simply love to stand outside the class... as punishment of course... the teachers have no desire to punish me... but i will purposely create trouble to be sent out of class... there's an incident which i remembered mentioned before in the previous blog... tt half the class was sent outside the class for being late for English lesson... the teacher knows tt we purposely wanted to be sent out of the class to avoid her zZz monster summoning lessons... (boring till fall asleep la) so... she stood at the doorway and conduct her lessons... in the end... those who are outside the class cannot sleep... those who were in the class (the guai kias) fell asleep... ( d - . -"b) this is soooooo unfair... another incident was... yet the English lessons again... this time... we tampered with the power socket... becos we knew she's gonna use the OHP for her lessons... she spent time changing OHPs after OHPs... but in the end... she's still be able to conduct her lessons... (d - . -|||b) getting first in the level isn't a glory thing to do in our class... even though we are the "better class" the top few in the level will be from our class kinda thing... these top few will be... laughed at... being mocked at... in short... kana ostracised by the whole class... :D as for me... i ranked 41/42 in class at the end of sec 3... was regard as the "achiever" (lol) ok now jump year to year of taking O level results... only 4 of us in the whole of 5N cohort made it to A level education (as u can see i'm one of them la) the rest go poly, ITE, and some even go Society University to "study" now i'm in MI... is a totally different place... everyday is a fighting day... everyday i have to struggle internally to battle with the zZz monster... have to deal with class politics... not to mention the ever Free Of Charge homeworks tt the teachers are giving... however... i still managed to enjoy my life thoroughly in MI... in JC, they say year 1 is the year of honeymoon... well... in MI... year 1 is the year of paradise... the thought of failing exams NEVER came into our heads... tts how relaxing it is... those sec school friend who went poly now are working, repaying debts to the country (NSing) those who are in ITE are now in poly and start to look down on pple like me who have yet to make his mark yet... as for me... well... currently facing a hurdle tt seems quite impossible to cross... i must win... WIN __________________________ LOSE Toda Sensei states “胜利和失败只在一线之间，所以分分秒秒都有可能决定一个人的胜负” i have to deal with various kinds of shit tt my class pple have given... i may forgive... but i dun forget... but if i confront u and asked u to pay me back an amount of money i lent u on the 31/04 the previous year... i will be really joking... simply becos... there isn't any 31/04 in any of the years... not now... not 10 years ago... not going to happen in the future... hmmmz... anyway... i have just come out with a birthday wish for my coming "18th birthday" " to stay youthful forever while being as wise as a 500 years old hermit (whoa hahaha)" tts it for now... until then... tk's quote of the day : "男追女 隔座山， 女追男 隔尘纱" (for tk, 追女孩隔座山 and a garrison of 100k blood thirsty Orcs) Labels: September 2007 series
