Sunday, November 30, 2008today is teck kiang's (or rather yesterday, given the time i write this entry) most impt date in his life...its his wedding ceremony date today! :) while congrats to both u n shuyi finally managed to be together (legally, lol) after going through so much... i was told tt tk (its teck kiang, not tuan kiak or tze kiat mind u)'s father -in -law is discovered to have.... 3rd stage cancer if i remember correctly... to have such happy occasion coming up, then such tragic news to spearhead the whole event is not encouraging at all... but who cares(well... i dun really mean tt la), they made it through the wedding ceremony with happy faces... since he invited lots of ASDians... so an item was put up by ASDians by singing some love songs la... and we add in a "surprise" item for the bride... tk (teck kiang) sang the song... its simply lovely! (i didn't noe he can sing tt well) before tt, kaili n wee yong dedicated a speech to tk (teck kiang)... with kaili.... who is single, with absolutely NO marriage experience giving teck kiang (i gave up tying his name's short form) "tips for a happily ever after marriage" e.g: 1.) ur wife is always right... 2.) keep saying these 3 words (other than i love u) "dear, u're right" (or something like tt) then with wee yong adding salt and vingar to kaili's speech (the part with additional tips) "teck kiang, u're the boss............................. only if she's (the bride shuyi) is not around" the whole diamond hall is filled with roars of laughter... teck kiang's wedding also bring back graduated ASDians (whom some i haven seen for a long time) back for gathering... after tt... head down to ViVo (or rather the hawker centre oppositethe shopping mall) for lunch... watched movie "Body of Lies" with jian li, stella, wee yong, juay kai, wei han, joel... the movie was alright (maybe becos i'm into war films)... although some parts i dun really understand wat the hell they talking about... after tt (though not straight away la)... we went up n notice alot of pple (after da pao dinner) sitting there... dunno wats going on too... ask a few of those who are sitting down (picnic style) why are they doing tt... they say ViVo is going to have a firework show at 9.15pm... welll... initially i THOUGHT we wanted to wait for the show to start... so we sat down there... and we start talking about army stuff... in the end i bitch n moan about my miserable army life the most of course... juay kai will bragged about his current status as NSmen (which means he ORDed) after talking alot of cock... jian li parted us... the rest of the NS guys (both NSmen & NSFs) continued to talk trash at Mac's... this is when we heard explosions... we saw the fireworks up at ViVo skies! :) heard tt it is to celebrate ViVo's 2nd anniversary :) the Quantity is definitely much less than NDP's... but the quality is there... ViVo is damn rich la... still can afford such expenditure at such bad times... anyway.. through the conversation... i suddenly remembered a vow! a vow to take care of every single NSFs in the Student Division during my NS period... i've forgotten about this vow!!!! SHAME ON ME!!! humph! now tt i've rememebered why i struggle so much at the begining... its time to pick up where i've left off... GAMBATTE TTK! for Peace & Humanity, ASD!!!
